You're Perfect

Let It Fall was about learning how to be gentle with himself in solitude. The songs that followed were shaped by what happened when that gentleness was met.

This constellation traces a shift.
Not away from tenderness — but toward recognition, voice, and choice.

These songs were written in moments when Shane felt seen enough to speak, steady enough to stand, and grounded enough to decide how he wanted to live inside the world he found himself in.

For most of his life, the message had come from nearly every direction: that he was too much, or not enough; too intense, too slow, too sensitive, too exacting; that something about him needed adjusting before he could belong—before he could be valued, respected, fully seen as a worthy person of dignity and unconditional love.

Shane absorbed these messages quietly, often without protest, long before he had the language—or the permission—to question them.
